10/10 would recommend Mike and his bounce houses!! He delivered in a timely manner, made sure the bounce house was clean once he blew it up, and drop off and pick up was a stress free breeze!!! My son and all of his friends had an absolute blast for his birthday party because of Mike and Bounce Party express!!!

We had a wonderful experience using Bounce Party Express on two occasions a week apart. Mike provided the dunk tank for a school fundraiser and then the following week an inflatable obstacle course that the kids loved. Mike was so easy to work with, great communication and flexible on the pick up and drop off times. He took pride in the quality of the rental items even making sure to clean any scuffs off the dunk tank tarp before he left! We had no issues and will definitely use his company again in the future and highly recommend him.

This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had renting something like this.When Mike came out to look at my yard to see if I could have an inflatable, he didn’t hesitate at all—he made the drive over, which really showed how much he values his customers. From that first visit, he stayed in touch all the way up to the day of the party.Even when I decided to change the item we were renting just one day before the event, it was no problem at all. Mike worked with me and was incredibly understanding when I explained that I was on a strict budget. He never tried to upsell me or push something outside my price range, which I truly appreciated.The day of drop-off was so smooth. I couldn’t be there in person, but one of the workers FaceTimed me so I could show exactly where I wanted it set up. Mike also kept in touch to make sure everything went perfectly and that we had a great party.Pickup the next day was quick and easy, and the team who came to get the inflatable was respectful and professional. I will definitely be using Bounce Party Express again!

This is my second year renting from Mike, and I couldn’t be happier with his service! He’s always extremely attentive to detail when delivering and setting up the bounce house. Mike takes the time to thoroughly clean and wipe everything down, making sure it’s spotless and ready for the party. He’s also very friendly and personable, which makes the whole experience even better. I really appreciate his professionalism and the care he puts into every rental—highly recommend!

Amazing experience using Bounce Party Express! Mike's customer service was great, he was polite, on time and very easy to work with! The obstacle course we booked for my son's birthday party was a blast.. Mike was quick in both his set up and take down of the course. I asked for business cards to hand out because I would highly recommend and use again in the future. Thank you for creating the best party day!
