This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had renting something like this.When Mike came out to look at my yard to see if I could have an inflatable, he didn’t hesitate at all—he made the drive over, which really showed how much he values his customers. From that first visit, he stayed in touch all the way up to the day of the party.Even when I decided to change the item we were renting just one day before the event, it was no problem at all. Mike worked with me and was incredibly understanding when I explained that I was on a strict budget. He never tried to upsell me or push something outside my price range, which I truly appreciated.The day of drop-off was so smooth. I couldn’t be there in person, but one of the workers FaceTimed me so I could show exactly where I wanted it set up. Mike also kept in touch to make sure everything went perfectly and that we had a great party.Pickup the next day was quick and easy, and the team who came to get the inflatable was respectful and professional. I will definitely be using Bounce Party Express again!

Coordination, drop off/pick up and making payment were seamless. Bounce houses were excellent! Mike was very communicative and flexible. We will definitely use them again 🙂

Mike and his crew who dropped it off were super quick and respectful, and knew exactly what they were doing! This was the perfect jump house and slide for kids who want a little bit of both and for different age ranges!! Fast, quick, and efficient service, and the unit itself was secure and super clean. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!

We had an amazing experience with Bounce Party Express! They set up for our Halloween party, and despite the extremely windy weather, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was extra secure and safe before the kids started playing. Their attention to safety and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind. They arrived right on time, were incredibly kind and friendly, and made the entire setup process easy and stress-free. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and providing a great experience. I highly recommend Bounce Party Express and will definitely be using them again for future parties!

Amazing experience using Bounce Party Express! Mike's customer service was great, he was polite, on time and very easy to work with! The obstacle course we booked for my son's birthday party was a blast.. Mike was quick in both his set up and take down of the course. I asked for business cards to hand out because I would highly recommend and use again in the future. Thank you for creating the best party day!
