Most Popular FAQ’s 

  • Deliveries start at 6 am and end around 2 pm (later if needed).  

  • Reservations are for the “full day,” but may be changed due to weather or at the customer’s discretion. 

  • Customers will be notified with a 2-hour delivery window for drop-off the day before their reservation. 

  • Deliveries themselves will be either the day before (upon the customer’s approval). Or the day of the morning/afternoon before the customer’s party time/requested start time. 

  • Pick-up will either be at the end of the party day, the following morning, or upon the customer’s preference.

  • Delivery & Pick-up may be affected by weather, scheduling, or other unforeseen circumstances. But we will strive to provide each customer a “full day” for their reservation.

    • WHAT YOU’LL NEED
      • Enough space / Relatively flat surface for unit set-up
      • Electrical outlet (120V) within 200ft 
      • Water hose that reaches the unit (For Waterslides)
      • Sufficient water-pressure/capacity (For Waterslide)
  • Customers with well water, please be advised.

-Please make sure that the set-up spot is free from the following: Low-hanging branches, power lines, rocks, sticks, broken glass, and pet droppings

  • The Customer must provide a regular 3-prong electrical power outlet. A minimum 15-amp outlet receptacle is required, and 20-amp is preferred. One outlet should be used per inflatable. Nothing else should be plugged into the same outlet.
  • The Customer must provide a water hose & source upon delivery for our Waterslides.
  • We will provide Extension Cords at delivery. An electrical outlet must be within 200ft of the unit.
  • We will provide a Tarp for our bounce houses and dry units if requested. Tarps will also be provided for every waterslide and wet unit delivery.
  • We will provide anchors for every inflatable with metal stakes, sandbags, or a combination of both, depending on the surface area.

We will clean, disinfect, sanitize, and inspect every unit at every delivery!

  • For Waterslides with a Deep Pool, please allow around 30-60 minutes to fill up the pool.

  • Water Slides with a Splash Pool can be used wet or dry, with no wait time.

  • Once the Deep Pool is filled with water, OR when using water with the Waterslide with Splash Pool, you will need to connect your water hose to our hose connector on the backside of the unit, which will activate the water sprinkler on top of the slide. (We will provide you with a tutorial and instructions upon delivery.

  • All of our waterslides are equipped with a water sprinkler on top of the slide(s), which lubricates the slide and refills the deep pool/splash pool throughout the reservation.

  • Water pressure is regulated on the slides, which are ideal for properties that run on well water!

  • For our Bounce Houses & Dry Inflatables, please refrain from using any water on them

Inclement weather for the following conditions includes;

    • Heavy or steady rain
    • Winds in excess of 25MPH
    • Temperature is below 40 degrees. 
  • For potential inclement-weather forecasts, we will be in constant communication to assess whether delivery is possible for your reservation. 

For any cancellations; 

  •  Please contact us ASAP. 
  • There are NO FEES charged if a customer contacts us PRIOR to delivery due to inclement weather or any other reasonable reason to cancel. 

Once the unit has been DELIVERED, NO REFUNDS OR DISCOUNTS will be issued after delivery unless an unforeseen circumstance occurs or an issue were to arise due to our equipment.

  • No deposits are required beforehand! Payment in full must be received after the unit is installed. 
  • All Contracts, Receipts, & Invoices will be electronically sent via email or text.

  • We accept all forms of payment, including all credit cards & checks.

  • A 6% Discount is applied to the following payment methods: Cash, Venmo, Cash App, & Apple Pay.

  • Other Accept Payment Methods: Zelle, Check, All Credit Cards, ACH, & Purchase Orders.

  • Deliveries at Parks will be approved on a case-by-case basis. A $75 Service Charge will be assessed upon approval of the reservation. ($75 Service Charge Exempt for Parks in Derby, Ansonia, and Shelton or otherwise noted)
  • We do not provide Generators. Customers must supply their own. 6500+ Watt generators are strongly recommended and required for us to deliver. 

  • Deliveries on clay, woodchips, sand, gravel, or any other unstable footing is strongly discouraged, but delivery may be approved on a case-by-case basis with a service charge of $50.00

  • The customer is responsible for any damage to the rental equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

  • This includes intentional physical damage (cuts, tears, breakage), misuse (overloading, improper use), and contamination from unauthorized items (food, chemicals, silly string, mud, paint, etc.). The customer may be “black-listed” if deemed to be at fault or to violate the aforementioned rules.

  • Please keep the unit(s) inflated at all times while in use. Feel free to unplug if not in use. The unit will inflate within a few minutes once plugged back in.
  • Please refrain from overloading/connecting any other sources to the outlet being used by our unit. 
  • Please no food, drinks, candy, juices, or any sharp objects in our units during use. 
  • Please unplug the inflatable if there are thunderstorms, high winds, or heavy rain present during your party.

Less common/detailed FAQ’s 

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. 

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

  • The earlier you can make your reservation the better your chance at getting the date you want. We appreciate as much advance notice as possible, but we will always work with you even if it’s a last-minute request.

A Bounce house can be set up in many different places on your property. The surface must be mostly flat and relatively firm – grass, concrete, asphalt, and smooth gravel are all acceptable. We will anchor the unit either by driving stakes into the ground or by using sandbags where stakes cannot be used.

How much space is required for setup and proper use of the inflatable? Please provide at least 5 feet of space on each side/around the inflatable to give kids space to run around. For yards with limited space, we will need 5 feet space on the back of the unit for the blower motor, and ample space towards the entrance for kids to enter and exit the inflatable.

  • Unplug the blower and move it out of the rain while you let the inflatable deflate. Once the rain stops, plug the blower back in and wipe down any wet surfaces to avoid slipping. The vinyl gets very slippery when wet. The kids just want to have fun they do not care if it just rained.
