We love renting from Bounce Party Express for our daughter’s birthday parties. The bounce house was clean, in great condition and exactly as described. The team arrived promptly for both setup and pickup, and their professionalism made the entire process seamless. The owner, Mike, was wonderful to communicate with throughout the entire process—he was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy. He even went the extra mile by checking in on the day of my daughter’s party to ensure everything was running smoothly, which we truly appreciated. The kids had a fantastic time, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. I highly recommend Bounce Party Express for any event and we will continue to use them again in the future!

Amazing experience using Bounce Party Express! Mike's customer service was great, he was polite, on time and very easy to work with! The obstacle course we booked for my son's birthday party was a blast.. Mike was quick in both his set up and take down of the course. I asked for business cards to hand out because I would highly recommend and use again in the future. Thank you for creating the best party day!

This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had renting something like this.When Mike came out to look at my yard to see if I could have an inflatable, he didn’t hesitate at all—he made the drive over, which really showed how much he values his customers. From that first visit, he stayed in touch all the way up to the day of the party.Even when I decided to change the item we were renting just one day before the event, it was no problem at all. Mike worked with me and was incredibly understanding when I explained that I was on a strict budget. He never tried to upsell me or push something outside my price range, which I truly appreciated.The day of drop-off was so smooth. I couldn’t be there in person, but one of the workers FaceTimed me so I could show exactly where I wanted it set up. Mike also kept in touch to make sure everything went perfectly and that we had a great party.Pickup the next day was quick and easy, and the team who came to get the inflatable was respectful and professional. I will definitely be using Bounce Party Express again!

I cannot recommend Mike and his company enough! I called very last minute (only 4 days prior) and he was able to accommodate me into his busy schedule. Pricing was incredible and he also has tables and chairs which makes it incredibly easy for hosting a party! Not to mention the kids did not leave the bounce house-it was perfect for a party! I was updated constantly about delivery/pickup and the price you cannot beat. Cannot recommend this company enough-I will use them for every future party!
